Trump Organization Invites Morrison-November 2005

Kendra Todd, selected as the Trump Apprentice during last season's TV show, was on hand at The Luxury Conclave in Palm Beach where Morrison received a National Marketing award. Todd invited Morrison and the other top luxury agents to be her special guests at the December opening party of the Donald Trump-owned Palm Beach mansion she has been redoing for Trump. The property is scheduled to go on the market soon with an asking price of $125 million.

The home -- which is expected to set a new home sale record for North America -- has 43,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space, including seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and six oceanfront acres. Trump purchased the property at auction last year for a reported $41.35 million. The current home sale record for North America was set last year when another Palm Beach property sold for $70 million.
